I thoroughly enjoyed working on this project, as it was a subject that I found very interesting and useful. One of the challenges I had with this project was to make the presentation less "stuffy". I didn't want to bore learners of this topic because it is something we can all learn from. The challenge was how to give the presentation the "conversational" tone it needed, while still maintaining professionalism.

When I did my first draft of the facilitator's guide, I wrote everything as if I was talking to a friend. I used the same mannerisms as I regularly would. I submitted the guide to fellow instructional designers and they mentioned a repeated use of the word "so". I understood their feedback and solved that issue.
